We take great care in ensuring your order arrives safely and beautifully packaged.

This policy applies to all products and event materials ordered through Fragrance Theory.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

At this time, we are unable to offer international delivery due to perfume transport restrictions.

Processing & Dispatch

All orders are processed within 2–3 working days after payment has been received.

Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 3–5 working days, depending on your location and courier service.

You’ll receive an email notification with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Method

Perfume products are classified as flammable goods and shipped via approved ground courier services only.

We package all items securely to prevent leaks or damage in transit.

Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and displayed before you complete your order.

Orders over £50 qualify for complimentary standard delivery within the UK.

Event Deliveries

For Perfume Hour™ and bespoke fragrance experiences, event materials and equipment are delivered and collected by the Fragrance Theory team on the day of your event unless otherwise agreed.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at info@fragrancetheory.co.uk if your item arrives damaged, missing, or incorrect.

We will investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
